Fourth of July Parade!
Summer is here, and we're excited to celebrate the Fourth of July together. The Idaho Democratic Party invites you to join us in Boise's annual Fourth of July parade. Come march with us and let's make a spirited and unified showing, celebrating freedom and our shared commitment to the founding values of our nation.
Participant Meeting Time: 9:00 AM in front of Capitol (parade begins at 10:00 AM)
Duration: 1.5 hours (until approximately 11:30 AM)
Route: Downtown Boise (1.2 miles), primarily along W. Jefferson St. and W. Bannock St., from N. 11th St. to 4th St. (finishing back at N. 11th St.)
Everyone marching with us will receive a matching Idaho Democratic Party t-shirt to proudly wear and keep. To make sure we order enough shirts, please complete our online interest form as soon as possible if you plan to march.
Space is limited, so don't wait! You're also welcome to share this invitation with friends and family who wish to march alongside you. Once we reach our maximum capacity, the form will close.
Let's celebrate the Fourth of July together and proudly show Boise what Idaho Democrats stand for.
If you are signed up to participate, the parade begins at 10am so everyone should aim to be there by 9:15am. The meeting location is in front of the Capitol building and there will be a person there directing where everyone should go for our area. The day of contact is Anthony Porto and Brook Kelley is handling everything before that.
